The Aiguille du Midi cable car and the little Montenvers train for the Mer de Glace are less than a 5-minute walk away.
The Mulet (free shuttle which serves all strategic places in Chamonix) has a stop at the foot of the residence.
Buses, shuttles for skiers, the SNCF train station are less than 500m away.
For those who nevertheless wish to use their vehicle, a free underground private parking is available.
